Shipping Policy

Seasons Stars ships to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada only. We do not accept orders for delivery to China. Available destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Orders are normally prepared in 2–3 business days. Estimated transit time after shipment is 3–5 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders are fulfilled by Amazon logistics from a warehouse in the United States or Canada as appropriate; the actual shipping origin may vary. The warehouse address shown in Shopify is not necessarily the dispatch or return address for an order.

Standard shipping is currently USD $5.99 where available. There is no free-shipping threshold. Product prices and checkout currency are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is displayed at checkout. Shipments fulfilled from local warehouses within the United States or Canada do not involve customs clearance, import duties, or import taxes for the customer.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If an incorrect address provided by the customer causes a delivery or return problem, the customer is responsible for the resulting costs. If a package is delayed or lost in transit for reasons other than an incorrect customer-provided address, Seasons Stars will investigate and resolve the issue.
