Orders and payment

Product prices and checkout currency are in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are displayed at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed. If an item is unavailable or a price is clearly incorrect, we will notify you by email, cancel the affected order or item, and refund the amount paid for it.

Delivery

We accept delivery orders only for eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery to China is unavailable. Orders are fulfilled through Amazon logistics; the dispatch warehouse may vary. Handling normally takes 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Please provide an accurate delivery address. Our Shipping Policy explains shipping charges and responsibility for address errors, delays and lost packages.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

You may request cancellation before shipment through your order page. After shipment, wait for delivery and then submit an eligible return request. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including the seven-day request window measured from delivery. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
